STOLEN INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

At motive cinemas, we strive to provide the best quality and service for our clients.

Sometimes that quality and service gets noticed by other video production companies. those companies then use our intellectual property as their own.

In this case, Bricks Group Media used multiple drone shots that we captured.

Bricks Group Media also uploaded complete wedding films that we created, to their company’s own vimeo channel, instagram page, and website.

We sent a cease and desist letter to Bricks Group Media in late 2019. We have not received a response. We will gladly accept a response at anytime.

At the time of sending the cease and desist letter, there was a total of 10 infringements that spanned across the companies social network.

one last note: Bricks Group Media is not the only company that has stolen our intellectual property and unfortunately will not be the last.

We expect the list of companies that have stolen our intellectual property to only get longer as we continue to provide the best quality and service to our clients.
